"I recently insured my first car with State Farm. Chris has been my assigned agent and was able to get me covered within a week. He has been an effective communicator, explaining all policies to me in full and any updates made to my policy thus far. Being that I have no prior knowledge of car insurance it's been nice dealing with a company that doesn't throw any unpected fees or such at me. I also want to mention that Chris searched for every possible discount that could be applied to my account and got me the lowest rate available to me."

"I recently had an interaction with Kelly Pitoniak who is located at the Suffield ct location. I had no plans on switching my insurance over to State Farm! But while talking with Kelly she put my mind at ease and said well let’s at least see if we can do better than what you are paying now. I thought I had a pretty good deal with my insurance company prior. She came back with a lower price and more coverage!!! I was dumbfounded!! Needless to say I jumped right on it!! Overall she was great!! Joy to work with and a great ambassador for your State Farm location! Thank you again Kelly"
